I have to take this time to let the public know how professional this person works. He is very responsible. I met him the first time and he requested a downpayment which i gave him, and I did'nt regret it. Please dont hesitate to hire LME. Very nice guy I wish him the best!

Edwin was professional, courteous and polite. He was able to bring the exact lock that I wanted just upon the descritpiton that I had given him. He provided the service the same dayand the price was reasonable.

I called because of an urgent concern about safety. Edwin willingly adjusted his schedule to meet my needs. In person, he saw and explained what was happening to my lock. Before he arrived, I think he wasn't convinced that I needed the expensive lock I had requested. After he understood my dilemma, he offered excellent suggestions for increased safety at reasonable (last minute) cost. He agreed it was smart to install the more expensive, complex lock. Edwin was respectful; he was ready and willing to do everything exactly as I wanted it. At the same time, he was thoughtful, ready to contribute helpful, strategic options. I'd call him again!
