I contacted Larry on a Thursday afternoon. My water heater was leaking and old and I wanted to replace it. We discussed a few options and he steered me to a brand he has confidence in, not something you can get at Home Depot. Larry installed the very next morning. I upgraded from 40gal to 50gal and he did all the torchwork on the pipes. He had me up and running in less than an hour and showed me how to maintain it. He clearly knows his stuff. He will work with you to find out what you want but give you his professional opinion. Price was reasonable.

Larry was prompt and professional, making a return trip the evening after our original appointment to finish the job (thought it was one particualr issue and it turned out to be that plus another problem). Left the house immaculate.
