LKC Construction Corporation is brand new full service remodeling company but brings over 14 years of industry experience to every project. We have been proudly serving the greater Maryland area with all its, roofing, siding, and remodel needs for the last 14 years. We have 14 certified installers that work with us so there is no project to big for us to handle. We only use GAF manufactured materials on all our roofing installs. The price was competitive and quality of work was also good. There was some misscommunication about the area of the patio and measurements, but it was worked out to our agreement before the work started. One thing I did not like was the clean-up job done at the end. The area around the retaining wall and fence where the grass was dug up was not cleared properly and straw was used for growing the grass. I would still recommend LKC. There was some minor miscommunication about a bench that we discussed after the Contract/work order had been signed. We had talked about adding a bench across one corner of the deck for about $50 using the leftover lumber from the deck. The bench didn’t get built. <br />Craig offered to send some of his crew back to put in a bench, but the price would be $150. I told him to forget about it. <br />Craig and his crew did an excellent job on cleanup and working around several flowers to build the deck and fence.
