They came to my home twice.  I never recieved a written estimate, even after I asked Hector several times for one.  They did complete the job satisfactorily on the 2nd visit.  I had to wait until the next day to get an invoice and I believe Hector, the Job Foreman was a little put out that i would not pay in Cash without an invoice or receipt.
