Project: Repair a Wood Shake or Composite Roof
LEN Home Services did a very good job on my small roof repair. They suggested a practical approach to my small leak (instead of looking to replace major sections of the roof as was suggested by another service provider,) They were curtious, and the crew was observant of issues they saw once the job started. I would recommend them to others.

They did a good job, but didn't clean up after themselves very well, and they messed up a conduit (but fixed it later). Overall a good experience.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
After a month of doing the roof the roof looks great, I let you know next summer if I am still satisfied with the quality of work. The only drawback was the repositioning of the TV-antennas.

They were excellent! Communication throughout the project, cleaned up daily, even finished early! Our deck looks amazing! Would definitely recommend!

LEN Home Services and its owner Mark Debartolo really was a pleasure to work with. They seemed to be the only contractor who really listened to our concerns and went out of their way to deal with the issue. If they couldn't for some reason, an explanation was given and, if possible, an alternative was offfered. They used the same materials (or better) and did the same project (and more) than our highest bidder. They did the job quickly, in a highly professional manner. Before coming to us for the final installment on payment, Mark made sure that any questions or problems we still had were dealt with.
