I noticed a loss in sense of emergency once I paid deposit and signed contract. After that how couldn't return my calls and his excuses were I was out of town or sick. I tried to explains how urgent this project was but he ignored my repeated request and submitted the paper work late and I was fined by the city. After that fact I've tried to get the paper work so I can show the inspectors we were making an attepmt to correct the situation. After months I still have not received the paper work.
