Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Work appeared to be complete but had an oil leak in the line. I called at 9am in the morning to report oil dripping on my floor. The main office told me someone would call me. I called back at 4pm that same day and said to me "what he did not call you back?". "I'll get someone to call you back". At about 6 they called back, I told them the problem and they refused to come out that evening while I was home. They told me someone would be out tomorrow, leave your house unlocked so they could get in. I insisted they come out I did not have a vaca day, they refused. I reluctantly left my house unlocked for people I don't know to fix the oil leak

Customer service is good, but it cost $3k for a repair that should have been in the hundreds of dollars not thousands. They send junior guys, but you get charged for senior guys at maximum rates.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Because this was an "emergency" call, the water heater was replaced the next day. Everything (set up, work and clean up) was handled in a very professional manner and without my request, the corroding overflow valve on a secondary water heater was replaced free of charge.

Project: Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
My heating coil replacement was excellent. I was then informed that I need to replace a bracket. It turned out to be a very expensive bracket replacement. The bracket alone cost $250, plus double for the labor. I should have replaced the whole unit.
