We had 2 replies by phone & 1 who said he could do the jobs. He showed up on time, was skilled, pleasant & accomplished everything quickly. Only downside was that his fee was higher than we have paid for similar work in the (recent) past. This job took less than one hour.

Luis showed up the first time and did part of the project, but couldn't complete it that day and said he'd come back. Three or four times we made an appointment for a re-visit, and every time he failed to come. Possibly he felt unable to do what I needed, but he could simply have stated this. I am very disappointed.
