Job was done well. Contracted worker was a couple hours late the second day without phoning or offering explanation when he arrived (he chose the time he wanted to come). Did not bring a ladder to get to second floor deck, requiring him to walk through carpeted house, even though manager had physically been out to visit the site to provide the estimate.

Professional, polite and down-to-earth. Painting was excellent, deck cleaning and sealing equally pleasing. Start to finish the project went smoothly and the quality in workmanship was fantastic.

my experience with fresh coat was professional, friendly, and quick. i couldn't be happier. lee was a true professional and kenny was the sweetest guy i'd ever met. they took the time to negotiate the details, the prices were competitive and kenny went above and beyond his call of duty to make us happy. he even came an additional day to repaint a bathroom after i changed my mind with the color. i couldn't be happier with fresh coat and will most likely be using them in the near future to paint the remainder of our house.
