City: Cherry Hill Project: Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping Layton's did a stone patio and shrubs around the deck which we are very happy with.  They also did grading, a french drain with overflow pipe, and a mix of seeding and sod.  The… Read Complete Rating Layton's did a stone patio and shrubs around the deck which we are very happy with.  They also did grading, a french drain with overflow pipe, and a mix of seeding and sod.  The overflow pipe took a couple tries to get at the right height (it started out above the intake of the french drain initially causing it to backup easily) which had a negative impact on the grass.  The communication was inconsistent and they never were able to find or plant a fruit tree we requested.  See All Ratings
