Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
They replaced the AC and Furnace for a fair price. Everything seemed OK except they forgot to relight the pilot light for my water heater (turned off during install because it vents into furnace vent). Unfortunately, I had to send a repairman out ($60 charge) to look at it since its for a rental that's out of town (since I didn't realize it was related to the AC and furnace work). I contacted LA Heating afterwards regarding this issue and they seemed to understand and accept responsibility but they never reimbursed me and starting giving me the run around on the phone.

La Heating and Cooling was great and though I have a troublesome heat pump, he stayed until he could be sure it was working well enough that I had heat.

David was reasonable and easy to work with for this project. He had excellent follow through and great customer service. He listened to what I needed and measured that against the mechanical issue to resolve my problem.

Got out quickly and took care of the problem. Explained everything well. About half the price of the other company we called and probably 2x the service! Very happy to be waking up in a cool house this morning.

Came to the house and found the issue right away. Very friendly and understanding of the situation. Will be using them in the fall to check the furnace. Well worth the money.

L.A. Heating-Cooling by far exceeded my expectations. Both gentlemen that came to my residence were very kind and professional. They were not only able to schedule me on on the same day the the service request was initiated, but they also were willing to work around my availability on that day. They did a great job with explaining what was wrong with my system and what was needed to get the system running again. Also, the cost of the service was very fair. I will definately hire L.A.
