HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR TERMITE EXTERMINATION!! Lee responded promptly via phone and email. He arrived on time to give a free estimate. Very thorough walk through of the house inside and out. The company made an exception and performed the extermination activity on a Saturday to accomodate my schedule. The 2 gentlemen who performed the extermination arrived on time and explained everything that they would be doing, as Lee had. They let me follow them around and ask questions as they performed the work. They were very thorough---great professionalism and quality work. They completed the job in a timely manner. Very happy with Ky-Ko!

I hired Ky-Ko to screen vents on my roof to keep out a pesky squirrel. Their price was less than half of the quotes from 2 other contractors, and they were very responsive and fast.

We didn't receive the treatment we were quoted for, however, we were still charged the same as the estimate. The workers moved furniture and didn't move it back to the appropriate place. They also failed to clean up the drilling mess on the floors. We did however, receive a credit of $100.00, but I feel the experience itself was unprofessional. I'm sure this won't happen again with future clients.

Ky-Ko rep was on time for appointment. Initial treatment eliminated all househoid ants the first day. He promised follow up in 30 days if more pests showed up. I called him 3 weeks later for follow up. Again he was prompt, same day service. The Ky-Ko rep was professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend Ky-Ko to a friend.
