Kumelos Design and Construction has been beautifying Wyoming residences and businesses since 1979, and we have recently branched out to the Black Hills region of South Dakota. We specialize in EIFS and Hardcoat Stucco.
Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS) provide a lifetime of exterior insulation and finish with no maintenance and is perfect for the variable Wyoming and South Dakota weather. It is not damaged by water or snow, like wood. It does not warp from high temperatures like vinyl siding and requires no maintenance. It costs a little more initially, but more than pays for itself over time. Hardcoat Stucco (traditional stucco) will provide almost everything that EIFS does for a lot less. The only difference is that hardcoat will require a new coat of elastomeric sealant every 5 to 10 years.
