Neil inspected the whole house & appliances, THE Casita, swiming pool, pool equipment, boat dock & lift, sprinkler system, ie. the whole properity for 1/3 the cost of the inspector the realitor had arranged. PEOPLE GET BIDS DO NOT GET LEAD BLINDLY BY YOUR REALITOR !!!

Neil was very professional; he inspected every nook and cranny noting even the smallest defects. Additionally, Neil e-mailed his report to me the next day with descriptions and pictures. I am very pleased with Neil's services
