Nathan explained what was needed and gave pricing upfront. Cleaned the pool, repaired the broken pieces as promised, and continues to maintain my pool beautifully.

He was straight and honest about what needed to be done, and explained exactly why. I had others just try to tell me what to spend, and not the reasons behind the logic. I would recommend Krystal Pools to anyone in PHX who owns a pool. He was also very reasonable, considering the condition of my pool.

Nathan did a great job, was eficiaint. pool had problems we didn't expect and he came back and fixed the problem. I would recomend them.
