Mr. Krado installed a second railing to our upstairs. Initially, he came over and checked what we needed done. He gave us an itemized estimate of the cost. This needed to match the other railing. He finished the railing and installed it very quickly. We could not be more pleased and would certainly hire him for any other work that we would like to have done.

He called when he said he would, showed up on time and followed up on all expectations set. This has not been my experience with most providers, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Stephan is very easy to work with, having lots of experience. He got the project done on time and did a few extra touches. Always prompt on returning calls and emails. Our bathroom is now a feature of our home, not a place I want to hide. My friends have asked for his name because they are planning a project.
