I chose to work in this industry because I was given the opportunity to be mentored by a man who loves construction. I learned so much more because of his enthusiasm for his trade..I love working in Frederick & Montgomery Counties because of the variety of homes and the nature of the community. There is a mutual respect between client and contractor which makes for a very pleasant work experience. .We started in this industry in 1987.We describe our business as Well established

Koval was great. They were able to get a custom color from Duron based on samples that we got from Benjamin Moore. They even fixed our jammed door (unrelated mini project) at no cost.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Paul was on the job every day and involved it seemed in every measurement. I was espicially impressed by the minimal scrap left at the completion of the job. It speaks well of the planning and execution when the right amount of material is ordered and there are no mistakes that waste valuable resources. I will definitely use Koval Construction again in the future.

We had a kitchen update that included granite counter tops, recessed lighting and some minor carpentry. They arrived on time, were professional, neat and detail oriented. The project ended on time and we are extremely pleased with the end result.

Paul Koval handles the snow removal service of his company in a very professional way. He communicates his schedule with his customers via email and cell phone. His snow removal work is according to spec and, overall, I rate it "A".
