I had warned him of the flooding, and he still wanted to keep the appointment. He waded through 50 yards of flooded road to reach my cottage!! <br /> <br />How could I not hire him?! <br /> <br />His preliminary drawings hit every point we had discussed; and came up with beautiful results!
