Project: Construct Built-In Furniture

I chose Koops because they promised a quick turnaround time. They weren't the cheapest, but I was on a strict time schedule, so I was okay with paying more. The finished product was delivered a month later than the contracted date. The lack of communication was the problem for me - many phone calls and emails were not returned. I understand that unforeseeable things happen, and a simple explanation would have made a big difference. Ultimately, they made things right and the product turned out fine, but there was much stress getting to that point. I would not use them again, but I think they are a good company-just bad luck on my end.
