If there was a 4.5 stars I would have given that rating but they deserve more than a 4 star. The workmanship from Kona was exceptional and our deck (almost 400 sq ft) looks great. Attention to detail and quality was some of the best work I've ever seen. We did have some scheduling issues due to a prior job taking too long and my only concern was the need for better communication. Once the project began I was very happy. Crew was on time, courteous, efficient, and did great work. We had 7 bids on this project and picked Kona. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Ryan was very quick to respond. It took me some time to decide whether or not we were going to have our header boards replaced. Because of that, it took some time until Ryan was able to get to the project. It was done in a day and was done well. My only complaint is that we called after the project had been completed to have Ryan answer some questions and he never called us back.

We had gotten many estimates over the years to replace the deck off our master bedroom. Ryan's estimate was very competitive and his enthusiasm to work on this fairly small project helped us finally pull the trigger. He started the job within the time frame promised. His crew worked quickly and got it done much quicker than we expected. Their attention to quality materials and experience were appreciated.
