We offer air quality testing, infrared camera for moisture damaged and poor insulation, and much more. We also provide Energy Audits,and perform Certified Chinese Drywall Inspections . We have discounts for senior citizens, and members of the Arm Forces. We do more than inspect your home. We give you a peace of mind, as well as show you how to maintain your home and protect your investment, from full inspections to four point inspection for insurances. While the end result was satisfactory I was disappointed in the fact that the inspector was over an hour late for his appointment, the report was sent with an error in the address and I had to print out the report myself.

Prompt with returning phone calls and scheduling appointments. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He saved us from making a big mistake on buying a home loaded with problems we did not see. We were so pleased with his service that we called him again on another house. He also referred us to an excellent termite inspector who was every bit as knowledgeable and thorough as he. I recommend them to everyone and will use them in the future for any home inspection needs.

Mr. Komatina is local and I prefer to hire and spend locally. He did not try to get me to get additional services that I did not need. He was very professional and helped me to prioritize my upcoming projects.

This inspector did an incredible job. He was not only very professional but he worked well to accomodate my schedule. The value was great. I looked at other inspectors and they charged significantly more for less offerings.

Called right away and showed up when they said to perform the work. Provided me with a complete report. The only inconvenience was they do not do termite inspections - BUT they recommended someone else to do the termite work and scheduled that inspection along with their work. Very convenient and customer oriented.
