From our first meeting to the final inspection you were always on the same page with us. We appreciated your inputs to the master bathroom remodeling that complimented out vision. From start to finish you kept us in the loop as to where we were and what was happening next. On time, on budget and a master bathroom that when completed we could not be more pleased with. The have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone. I appreciate their patience with me as I am a new home buyer and am learning a lot as I go and Kole Builders has helped me learn and has been patient as the home-buying process draws out. Once I get the house, I have every confidence that they will do a wonderful job renovating it.

The pre-proposal, proposal review and final selection process with Kole was superior to 3 other contractors evaluated, hence our decision. Professional, listened to our budgetary and design requirements. The final project was completed on time, on budget and looks terrific! Most importantly, the process was smooth, great attention to detail. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Kole Builders was so easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, got the work done quickly and beautifully. We are SO very happy with our new bathroom! This process could have been very painful but Kole Builders made it so easy. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
I worked with Lonny Kole on a renovation of my first home. I purchased a foreclosure property that required repairs/remodeling/updating to be liveable. Lonny was prompt on issuing initial job bids, preparing the bids for submission to the lender, and starting the work on time. I closed on a Friday and Lonny was at the house that next Monday to start work. Lonny was easy to work with and ALWAYS available via telephone/text or email to answer any questions that I had along the way. I paid for the remodel by using an FHA 203(k) Streamline loan which allows for two "draws" from an escrow account to pay for the work. Lonny was flexible
