Although it took them 3 days to call me originally, when they did call today, they inspected, got the bid to me, did the critical job all within 4 hours of the time they called.  This was particularly important as we are expecting a major rain incident tomorrow night, and I couldn't wait until the day the rain was due to get the work done where the leak occurred last week. This was all accomplished while I was at work, and they indicated that I should not pay them until all of the work was done to reseal the areas around all of the vents on the rooftop.  And to call them immediately if there was any problem with the area they fixed today.
