At Knox's Construction, we have dedicated ourselves to putting clients first. We are a team of Certified & Master Elite installers. We provide a Golden Pledge or System Plus warranty on all of our jobs backed by GAF, North America's largest roof manufacturer. There are only a few contractors in the United States than can offer you this kind of warranty and we are one of them. All of our installers are required to pass a pro field guide test with GAF, GAF's recommended way to install. We do not subcontract any work it is done with me and my crew. The job to be done on our roof was explained in detail. The owner is a dedicated and responsible person. He got the job done in the time he quoted with pride of detail and respect to the customer. His crew cleaned up each day and protected surfaces with tarps. I would recommend him to anyone as I did to my neighbor who hired him the next week to great satisfaction.

I had a very positive experience with Knox's Contstruction. The owner, Chas, was polite, friendly and very helpful. The crew was on on time and did a beautiful job in replacing my roof. The clean up was thorough. The shingle is very attractive. I would highly recommend this company for roof work.

Chaz Knox is very professional and extremely kwowledgeable about roofs. He guided me through the process and patiently answered my husband and my questions. His staff was courteous and very respectful of our property. They arrived on time explained what they would be doing, finished on time and did a very through clean up. I would hire them again.

Tearoff and replaced shingles with GAF lifetime shingles. I got bids from lots of contractors but went with Chaz for the product and his bid came in right in the middle. Took a long time to start due to weather, but once started it was done in 3 days. Some initial problems which raised the cost - we could have caught these initially with a check of the roof and saved a surprise but all ended well. Roofers were professional and courteous, cleanup was excellent. Overall very pleased. I could have gone with the shorter-life shingle and longer warrantee, but I'm trusting that they did a good job and it looks quality.

We had the roof redone as well as the skylights. Chaz (owner), Drew (foreman for the job) and the rest of the crew were fantastic. They kept us informed during each phase of the process, no surprises. Each member of the team was polite and professional. It is very evident that Chaz handpicks each of his employees. At the close of each business day they would take the time to clean up. The roof and skylights look great. We highly recommend Knox Construction, and can only hope we find another team like this for the rest of our remodeling tasks.
