About the Owner, Since receiving his B.S. in Landscape Horticulture and Design from Southern Illinois University Ray Knoll has been involved with landscape contracting.  He has spent the past 25 years providing outstanding results for his clients. Ray's motivated to maintain an organization an organization which will consistently produce a truly superior result while providing the value and total customer satisfaction his clients deserve. Past Experience: Ray spent many of the past 25 years as General Manager of one of the largest landscape contractors in Illinois.  His achievements over that period include: ILCA Award Recognition: Through the years over 14 of Ray's projects from upscale residential, home owners associations, prestigious multi-family associations, large scale retail sites, to commercial properties received  ILCA Award recognition. Organizational Development: From meager beginnings in 1984, under  Ray's leadership and direction the company  became a market leader with multi-million dollar gross revenues.  This is quite an organization from such meager beginnings. Reputation:  Ray developed an organization well known for quality, value and service.   Industry Certifications: The Knoll Staff has recently received the prestigious Certified Concrete Paver Installer designation from the ICPI organization.  Ray has also achieved industry certifications including Certified Nurseryman from the Illinois Nurseryman's Association, Certified Arborist from the International Society of Arboriculture and Certified Applicator from the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
