The technician was very rude and didnt' do a thorough inspection. The report we received was inaccurate and had to be revised.

I thought the service was ok and they were very responsive anbd prompt, but I thought they "pushed" too much to sell their annual contract for $599/year. I felt a lot of pressure. Also, I thought they were a bit pricey for what was needed and offered no guranttee for the service. Hence, pushing the annual agreement. I would use them again, but I think their approach to attracting new business needs work.

I could have bought sticky pads myself and put them down we had to catch them ourselves and he never looked at where they were coming from

I wish I knew which customer this was. "sticy pads" also known as montioring devices are an important part of an intergrated pest management program. A monitoring device can identify the insect or pest, tell us where they are coming from and size and age of the population. This is done prior to chemical application. We want to know what pests we are controling prior to choosing a pesticide. If this clint will reach out to me, I will try to help resolve their issues. Arthur Katz, Owner

Our goal is complete customer satisifacation. Whenever a client is not satisified, we will dispatch a manager to resolve their issues. Not all applications work the first time. The tech. that cme out did a fantastic job. He was knowledgable and took his time assessing the problem. The only thing Knock ouit could improve upon is the time that it took to get out. Our appointment was for 9:00 till 10:30. At 9:30 we recieved a call saying they would be late. He gothere at 12:30, but at least he called
