We had prefinished floors installed on the entire first floor and our stairs done which did mean poly on site. Having this done in an existing home while you live and work there is invasive. But his crew were all polite, hard workers and respectful of our home and the daily progress helped ease our displacement.  We are thrilled with the finished look.
