Jesse, from Knight Plumbing, was great. He explained what he was doing, weighed up cost and effectiveness options as well as cleaned up after his work. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I have already recommended him to a friend.

Jesse was prompt in calling me after I submitted my work request, as well as prompt and courteous when we met. He was professional and was thorough in explaining what needed fixed. Jesse was very courteous and informative. No nonsense, got in, assessed and advised of the problems and solutions, then completed the repairs. I kept his business card, as I would definitely call upon him for any future plumbing projects or repairs.

Moments after placing the request on ServiceMagic (literally, less than 1 minute), I received a call from Jesse at Knight Plumbing. Jesse had a friendly phone presence and offered to come look at my sump pump issue the same day. When he came out to go into the crawl space he was very mindful of our floors and made sure that his work area was completely covered by a tarp. He was extremely polite and went through several steps to troubleshoot the pump for why it would have failed. Ultimately he installed a whole new pump for us and guaranteed his work for a year. Simply an exceptional experience and comes with my highest recommendation. A+

He came out on a Sunday, having correctly diagonsed the problems over the phone, arrived on time, was very polite and friendly, and charged exactly what he had anticipated. I would absolutely call Knight Plumbing again.
