City: Independence Project: Central A/C - Service or Repair First of all, I received a phone call within 20 minutes of posting my request.  We are talking 10:20 pm on a Sunday night.  I was able to schedule service for 9 am the next morning.… Read Complete Rating First of all, I received a phone call within 20 minutes of posting my request.  We are talking 10:20 pm on a Sunday night.  I was able to schedule service for 9 am the next morning.  The service provider showed on time, showed me the problem, had the part on his truck, and had us up and running in a very short time.  He then tested the fan motor for draw and gave me a heads up that the fan would probably not last another year.  That is in keeping with the age of the air conditioner.  We decided to sign up for a one year service contract for our entire heating and cooling system and I feel confident that this company will be there when and if Rating: Provided By: Lynne T.
