Rating: Project: Kitchen - Remodel Communication with the site manager was very challenged and resulted in several issues with the job that Duane was unable to discuss without getting defensive.  Estimates were consistently… Read Complete Rating Communication with the site manager was very challenged and resulted in several issues with the job that Duane was unable to discuss without getting defensive.  Estimates were consistently off; the heating subcontractor bill was 130% over estimate and the portion of plumbing that was completed was 43% over the estimate for the entire job.  Even on straight forward issues, Duane was quick to deny responsibility. I believe Duane would be a fine contractor for fee based projects and if you are not particular about how a job is completed.  See All Ratings
