Cleaner was on site within 2 hours of initial call. Chair had human urine and is now fresh. Will be calling for other furniture around Christmas. Took only about 30 minutes to clean after 15-20 minute set up..

Wow, these guys are awesome! I called this morning to see if they could get my carpets cleaned ASAP. Four hours later my carpets are spotless and I am HAPPY! The owner was super responsive and friendly. His tech was professional and thorough. Overall a great experience. I only gave them four stars on value for $$ because I probably could have gotten the job done a little cheaper somewhere else, but I honestly don't think their customer service can be beat.
