They arrived on time and quickly replaced both garage door springs and were done in less than 1 hour. The price was within $10 of the phone quote. I did the research though service master for my son-in-law who lives in Kingston and he was very pleased!

The service person, Dell, was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and very thorough. The door had been repaired & serviced in under hour with a minimum of fuss. Cost very reasonable considering torsion spring and cables had to be replaced. Will be using Kitsap Garage in the future and recommending to others as well.

I was called within minutes of sending an electronic request for a garage door opener installation price quote. The site visit, written estimate and installation all happened within a couple of days. I am extremely happy with the professional installation. Of particular note is that the installer arrived twenty minutes early....and I wasn't home yet. He phoned me to let me know he had arrived and he then waited for me to get there. I couldn't be happier with the Kitsap Garage Door Company.

They came to give an estimate, then did the service on the spot in less than an hour. The gave several discounts and the work was done at the low end of estimates I found on the internet.
