I am satisfied with the end result, Juan and his crew paid attention to the details and worked to protect my furnishings and the rest of the house from dust. However, the experience was diminished when two of the cabinet doors were cut the wrong size (twice) and four of the new shelves were not delivered, stuff happens, I get it but this turned a four day job into a 31 day job. Communication with the company left much to be desired and I felt that there was a decided lack of commitment on the part of the company to see the job through to completion in a reasonable amount of time. Would I recommend them to a friend? Cautiously, maybe.

I needed some maple cabinets refinished and stained a much darker color, a very difficult job to do with maple. Tony came by to give me an estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable. He assured me he could get the look I wanted, and showed up on the day of the job with a perfect-looking sample. His crew arrived on time, and meticulously taped and papered off the work area. As they worked on the wood, they checked with me to be sure the color was right. I'm thrilled with the result. It came out just as I had hoped and they completed everything on a very tight schedule. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

I was happy with the end results of our kitchen projects but was unhappy with the way the job was scheduled then rescheduled and we had difficulty in contacting the contractor. The workers were very unprofessional...everything from cooking lunch on a grill in my garage and taking naps on my driveway. We even found the owner sleeping in his truck. They sprayed lacquer on the wood products which went all over my front lawn and I found shelving material in my shrubs. I asked the contractor about protecting my appliances during the remodel and he threw down plastic drop cloths on my counter and walked away. They even had to borrow a broom to sweep up.

Very unhappy person, so not suprised they were unhappy with our job. One of 5 unhappy customers out of 750 happy ones. Which would seem to be the correct view of our work...750 happy customers or the 5 that have been unhappy. Look at the review from the customers below from Roseville,CA and from Rancho Cordova....Same crew...different perception, the difference was the customers Attitude.

Gary’s crew was awesome, they always showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day. As remodeling is always a mess they did their best to keep it cleaned up. I am very pleased with the work they have done….. The technique they used to put the drawers together is called dovetail and is much stronger than just nailing them together. The quality can’t be beat for the price. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to reface there cabinets…….
