Responsive, friendly, punctual. This service requires a good eye and the technician had it. How long the finish lasts on the cabinets remains to be seen.

Explained his services in detail and his workmanship and that of his employee. The results were beyond my expectations. They were both very outgoing and very enthusiastic about their quality of work and how important it was for them to be sure I was satisfied. I will, certainly, call upon them for any cabinetry or installation work I need in the future. Family and friends commented on how "beautiful"my new cabinets are. They can always count on me for a recommendation.

I did not realize that cabinet painting was pricey. Had time so I did it on my own. Our conversation was very pleasant and he answered all my questions. I did appreciate his time.

Let me start by saying the cabinets are beautiful and we think our kitchen looks great. The Kitchen Tune up guys are nice enough as well. Unfortunately Kitchen Tune Up forgot to order my crown molding and did not realize their mistake until the order came in. Too late for us since we were painting the next week. I was also concerned with them talking shop about another customer dispute within my earshot and being on the phone frequently throughout the day. I was told the job would take 4.5 hours and it actually took an extra 3. Overall we are very happy with the cabinet quality but not the level of customer service and attention to detail.
