I have waited a year to write this review as I kept hoping that George and his brother Jimmy who originally worked on my kitchen would come through. Alas, I have run out of patience. I would ask everyone to RUN AWAY from these guys . From the time our cabinets have been refaced we have had trouble with the quality of workmanship and materials used. In less than a year we have two caibent doors that have de-laminated, some decorative pieces simply fall off due to poor gueling and very poorly done finishing (there are parts where you can see the touch up paint). Moreover, I have been waiting over 3 months to get the damaged door replaced!!!

Many promises were made; no follow-up has been attempted. My Cabinet doors were measured wrong and I have, now, been waiting over one month for a finished Kitchen.

Job was stated on a Monday and completed the following Monday. The only reason it wasn't finished by the first Friday was because of a two day blizzard on Thursday and Friday. Job was completed within 4 weeks of costumer signing contract. And actual work was completed in five days including extra work not charged to costumer. 2 doors were too large and replaced within that five days.

I enjoyed working with this family-run business. They were very professional, friendly, organized and they did a wonderful job. I am very pleased.

The workmanship was ok however the countertops were not cleaned off to my satisfaction even after bringing to their attention, they damaged our newly finished sheet rock and paint job and they had glue all over the walls that required them to clean with a solvent that removed the paint from my walls. The job left a lot to be desired. They should consider renaming their company to "Kitchen mediocrity". I was very disappointed!

They did a beautiful job and they worked neatly and were very pleasant. I would use them again when and if I need kitchen work.

Very reasonable, very friendly family business. Did a great job. Guaranteed work. Job took longer than expected due to problems with the laminate piece, but this was not their fault. New counter looks fab.

They were proffesional and pleasant. They had good suggestions and ideas. I was satisfied with the work.

Overall, I have to say it was a pleasure working with Kitchen Elegance. Both of my re-facings came out beautiful. All of my friends love the results as much as my wife and I do. I felt that I could trust George and his team in my house. They were all wonderful to work with and I have to add very neat as well. Thank you for everything.
