My initial experiances with patti where good. How ever, we ran into problem's Patii left out a couple of my requested items, but she did revise the design to include them. one of Patti measurements was off by over 4 inches, so i called her with my concerns. She acknowledged that she had made an errer, but explained that she did not want to held responsable for kitchen measuerments or ordering the correct cabinetry size. I wasnt comfrtable with this! I hired another designer who did a terrific design job, and did assume resopnsibility for his acuracy, which he stated any pro should do.

There are always compromises in what can be included in a small kitchen; that's why we work together throughout the design process. Since we usually don't design the cabinets tight to the edge of doors, it can seem that the overall sizes don't match the wall size, but we are here to accommodate you and I was happy to make that change for you. When we provide cabinets we do take responsibility for measuring your kitchen, but we believe that whoever supplies the cabinets is obligated to measure for themselves. That company is the only one who has contact with your cabinet manufacturer. I'm glad it worked out, and is beautiful!
