Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Emails and phone calls were rarely returned. Did not know a lot of times if a crew was going to show up on some days. Asked for one item and another would be delivered, would have to find products I wanted myself.

All emails and phone calls were responded in a timely manner. Some days there were schedule conflicts but customer was notified. We supplied her with our vendors and what she selected was not available at the time.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
First of all I had a pretty small budget to work with and I wanted 2 bathrooms done and Ed worked within my budget. The master bath needed to be gutted, the hall bath just updated. The work was completed pretty fast. Once Ed gave me the bid and I met them at the store to pickout the design then that was pretty much the last I saw of Ed. The biggest problem was communication. His employees were very nice but I couldn't really commuicate with them when I had questions. Ed was hard to reach. Tile work is great. Had to pay for all toliets, facets, medicine cabinets outside of initial bid.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Job took way too long. Their guy was working two hour days and abandoned job. Someone else had to finish the job. They charged too much. Had to come back three times due to shoddy work that was not up to code and unacceptable. Job is still not right.

This job was given to one of our partner subcontractors and customer was not to happy with there Performance So we went back out there and made the proper corrections Customer is satisfied now !!

Robert and Ed were terrific. They turned diaster into a beautiful bathroom, engineered hardwood flooring, and tile in just two weeks! On time and on budget and much better than we ever dreamed possible. Excellent company, great team of craftsmen and professionals.

We were extremely pleased in the final results, they finnished on time,our custom cabinettes were beautiful and well made.they resolved any problems quickly. Joe and I highly recommend them! We also feel that we got a new kitchen very reasonably priced!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
They started out really good with a good presentation. However, they were not upfront and did not go by what their contract had mentioned. They negotiated the price several times after the contract was signed. They wanted more money then what was stated on the contract before the start of the job. I am glad that I did not pay them since they were terminated before the job was finished. . They did not deliver all the services that was stated on the contract, so I had to terminate the job with them and contract someone else.

Customer hired us after firing several other contractors. Prices given on contract specifically mentioned allowances for materials. Customer wanted more expensive materials and did not want to reimburse us for the extra expense.

The price was reasonable - better than most other bids, the workers were always on time and the work was completed very quickly. Phone calls were always returned, and the finished job is beautiful. I will call them again for other projects.l
