Kit (associates name was Max) called me minutes after I submitted my Service Magic request. He was able to come to the job site within 30 minutes of hanging up. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it. He charged me a flat fee. Since he was the first person to respond, I did not reply back to the other Pros that contacted me. Price seemed high, but then again, I went with the first Pro that contacted me, so I didn't get any other quotes. No regrets, the job was done quickly is what mattered most to me.

Was incredibly reasonable on price. Was expecting a lot more. called VERY early in morning (3am or so) but didn't hear back until I called again at 7:30. They don't call back in the early AM because too many people are just futzing about on the computer and not needing work done. They were here in an hour and done in another hour. SAME DAY!!!!! The Price of the part was more than the labor!! VERY good job and I now have an electrician I trust and will use again and again
