Originally needed help on an emergency basis. He responded ASAP and all went well... in fact I had him come back the following day to do additiuonal plumbing work that's been on my to-do-list for some time. He's reall outstanding... so much so that he's my new #1 plumber!

Mr Warga, arrived on time, was pleasant, had all the tools needed, did excellent work, at the price quoted and handled the emergencies that happen with an older home ( pipes didn't stay shut off, pipe fell apart) He also cleaned up after work.

I do not understand the lower rating or the "no comment" by this customer. I thought I completely satisfied his needs and he was very grateful. It was an emergency call and I was there at 6:30am the following morning. He even gave me a tip! I guess you can't please everbody.

Kirk was very professional. He told us what the problem was and how much it would cost. Best of all he had the parts with him and provided the service quickly and did not leave a mess. He will be my first choice fo any future work we may need. And he likes dogs!
