Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
Previous cleaner took pictures of the gutters after they were cleaned to show the quality of the job performed. I do not know how well the gutters were cleaned.

I do not understand why we were given such a low rating. The customer was please at the end of the job and told us we did a fantastic job. Why we are getting this rating afterwards is unknown to us. Not sure if this customer has us mistaken with someone else.
