A design associate will come to your home with specific skill to design the flooring solution to inspire you, and that is perfect for your home. Our design associates are trained to be expert in flooring knowledge and flooring design. We are experts in knowing the features and benefits of all types of flooring material and how to create the right design for you. We also have proprietary visualization software that allows us to take pictures of your current floor and show you how different floors and designs will look on the current floor. Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
The quality of the work done, as far as the tile installation was excellent, but the planning of the project was poor. What should have taken 4 days to complete, has taken over 3 weeks as still needs some minor work done. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Project was shower pan, wall, and bath floor replacement project. Unexpected plumbing problems and other issues adversely affected schedule. Though customer was unhappy,he contracted us return to do a second independent job which was completed in 1 day.

The carpet looks great! The installers came in, did a great job, and left! 3,000 square feet in 2 days! Great job!

He uses Neal of installyourfloors.com and his crew who are the real pros of this operation. The workers have the knowledge and skills and perform at a high level. Had lower bids but chose them because Neal addressed problems with solutions.
