Alex, is the best. He did what he said he would do, and he did it well, actuallly, better than well. He is honest careful, and his work is wonderful. Alsdo, a nice guy. I am very satisfied.

Project: Hire a Handyman
It was a pleasure to deal with Alex Stevens. He contacted us right away and spent a lot of time assessing our project. We felt he was honest about what needed to be done with our old garage. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. All work was done just as he said and no mess was left behind. He also did another smaller job, with just as much consideration.

Alex was truly wonderful. He's very trustworthy, and always provides a fair price (since he installed my door, I also had him remodel my bathroom and install shelving; he also took a look at my roof to give me his opinion and referred roofers!). I would recommend him to anyone. He's very friendly, clean, and extremely easy to work with. Definitely not your average contractor. I seriously consider him first before contacting anyone else even for an estimate on any needs for my home, just to see if it's something that he could work on. He even comes back to touch up caulking, without any hassles.

Kingdom Colors Painting was the first to respond to me. Alex was kind and prompt. I am still in the process of searching for the price that is best for me but if I had to choose from the contractors from this site that responded, I'd choose Kingdom Colors Painting. I will post more when the project is complete.

Project: Install Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles
Alex and his team installed a hardwood laminate floor in my kitchen. They tore up 3 existing floors underneath, prepared for the new floor, moved around appliances, and layed the new flooring where before had been none. The seams are perfectly aligned, molding is back and better this time. They even took care to place padded footing on the appliances so that when they are replaced in the future, my new floor won't get scratched. These guys did a great job at a great price. I'm now waiting for a new countertop. KCP will be back to install it. I'm looking forward to having them work here again. Like all other homeowners, there is always something to do in the house. I will hire them for other jobs like lighting installation and wall repairs. These guys can do it all. Thanks Alex and Chris!
