Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Absolutely the best Contractor I have ever dealt with! Unusually Professional, with excellent work,communications, timing, and consideration. No tricks or games. Fine Detail , punch list were performed quickly. "white glove service" with excellent craftsmen and a high level of organization. Highly Recommend!

Project: Demolish and Remove Structures
Very professional. He takes the time to listen to what I want, and because of his expertise I feel that I can trust his recommendations. He is dependable, starting and finishing the job quickly and keeps in contact with me as needed along the way. Any unexpected situations that may arise are handled promptly and efficiently. The place is left clean when the job is finished. He is very pleasant and easy to do business with.

King Rose renovated the Bathroom in my office. The workers were quiet and stayed out of every ones way. They worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up after their mess. The finished work was very well done.

Project: Install a New Skylight
They were very accurate on estimated delivery date, flexible regarding the client's schedule, prompt and professional. The skylight installation was fast, the workers were very pleasant, they cleaned up after the job was done and the cost of this project was unbeatable comparing to the two other companies I checked before I contacted King Rose of NY,Inc. Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We could not have been more pleased with our renovation with King Rose. This was our first major renovation project and Yoel was incredibly supportive, making himself completely available - including evenings and weekends - to guide us through. The final result looks amazing. We will definitely use them again.

The person who did my skylight was just terrific. Cleaned as he went along - kept the common halls spotless. Incredible hard worker. Yoel said that king Rose would make me so happy and indeed they did. I am thrilled with their work. mt

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The promised completion time-line was more than expected and there were a few communication issues through the process. With that being said, Yoel and Bruce worked into the evenings and on weekends when needed and possible in order to get the job done and to make sure we were completely satisfied with the outcome. The mess, though more than anticipated, was well controlled, the price was reasonable and the end result is more than we hoped for.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Very professional. They did what they said they'd do. They worked quickly and cooperated with our Co-op board so that we didn't have to do any paperwork. The job looked like we wanted it to. About a month after the job completed, some of the grout started to fall out, but they came right back and repaired it without any hesitation. I'd use them again and I'd recommend them to friends.
