Project: Clean Out a Sewer
WOW! Best service i have had in a long time. My sewer was back up and KPR got a guy out and it was late at night (10pm). They fix my problem fast and even cleaned up the mess from it backing up. Good price too Saved me time and money. I HGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPAY. Im already having more work done. Thanks KRP for the good work.

Jeff and Dave were very responsive and did the work quickly. They even went out of their way to bring the existing set-up up to code for no charge. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
The pro looked professional and called to confirm when he would arrive. The person said how much it would cost before he began the work and cleared the clogged drain. Unfortunately, the person believed he saw more work that needed to be done. Instead of discussing it with me he called the master plumber and asked him if he could inspect the pipes on a Saturday morning. He set up the appointment without discussing this with me. Then he acted like it was something I should go along with. I had to be firm and refuse to get the additional inspection done. Then the pro accused me of not listening and I had to firmly say that his work was done.
