Kim and Eve did a fantastic job! They did the deep cleaning I so desperately needed and they did it very well. Kim and I negotiated a rate for them to come once a month, too, and I think that's going to work out very well. I am very pleased, thank you, Kim! :)

Kim did a great job. Our home looked great and it was nice to come home to a clean house. We hosted a party the following day and received compliments on how nice our house looked. We will be using her services again in the future.

I was extremely disappointed by this experience. This is the first time I've had my house cleaned, so I'm unaware of the rules of negotiating a price, setting parameters, etc., which may have impacted the quality of the service. However, I contacted this service looking for a comprehensive house cleaning on a budget of $200 (which is not to suggest that I wanted to spend that - I just wanted a great cleaning of our house to cost no more than that). What I got was exactly three hours of rushed work resulting in visible cobwebs and dust, toilets and some sinks that still needed cleaning, etc. for $175. Perhaps my expectations are too high?

This rating is highly disappointing to me as I have never had such a complaint before & upon leaving I was told how nice everything looked & was thanked repeatedly for a job well done & I even did "extras" and did not charge any additional fee. In addition, with Christmas being right around the corner I even went through the entire house & double checked everything twice just to make sure so I would sum it up by saying we can agree to disagree.
