I bought her service as a gift. We were quoted $94 to clean part of a very small house. I gave her $120. She was extremely rude to both my sister and myself. Instead of cleaning the bathroom and basic cleanup she cleaned things like the inside of canisters and salt/pepper shakers. She then proceded to say she could not do the entire job and that it would cost another $120 to finish the job. The house is 1400 sq ft. We only wanted her to clean a few rooms which was a small job. Her house was not filthy as she said I was just there that morning. The parts of the house she did clean were nice though. Bad experience!
