Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
I hired Kim to complete architectural drawings for an addition AFTER the work was completed, as per the City's requirements and it was a struggle. Nevertheless, Kim and I struggled with the city requirements for 5 months and finally met all of the city's demands after 6 face-to-face meetings. Throughout the entire process Kim maintained a high level of professionalism and patience. I personally appreciated the fact that she worked around my schedule for meeting in the early morning hours. I would recommend and hire Kim again for future opportunities. Thank you Kim for all your efforts and hard work!

Project: Design a Bathroom
I was very pleased with Kim. She was very easy to work with and very patient. I thought she went out of her way to be useful to us in every area. I especially wanted her expertise in dealing with the contractor, and she did a wonderful job with that. She's also a great person, and it was a pleasure to work with her.

Kim Sarchet responded to my e-mail request almost immediately. She came to our home, looked at our proposed project, and advised us on the best way to proceed. My husband and I were very appreciative of her analysis of our porch structure. We feel that her advice and input gave us information that we needed to make a more informed decision on the improvement of our porch. Thanks again Kim.

It was my experience that Mrs. Sarchet is very knowledgeable, as well as caring and takes pride in helping people 100%. She is very easy to communicate with and she was always available and willing to help. I will definately recommend her to friends and family.
