Initial call back was fast. Appointment was agreed upon. My only complaint was that he arrived over an hour late and never called to inform me. The job was done professionally.

Jerry from Kilowatt called me back the next morning after I submitted my request (Sat AM no less), and was out to do the job the following Monday. It was a small, simple job (adding outlets), but the work was quick, clean, and it cost what he said it would during our initial phone call. He was easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to others.
