We purchased an investment property and had several bids for a pretty extensive project including adding a garage, new roof, siding, and a few other items. We did not go with the lowest bid, but selected what we felt was the most professional and fair proposal hoping to get the quality expected for the price. Kilbarger exceeded our expectations. The work was done in about two weeks and we couldn't have asked for better. Mark was great to work with and even jumped through hoops to get the permits. We made the right choice and the house looks great. We recommend Kilbarger for any remodel/building project and will use them again on the next one.
