Misunderstanding over one board on the underneath of a deck. When I went back to take care of it, I couldnt even find the board the customer was talking about!He was not available to show it to me and when I called him he said dont worry about it and then posted this rating!! some people you cant please no matter what!!!

Khris was on time and finished the project in the amount of time he said it would take. He was quick and efficient.

Khris was very accomodating and did a great job.

Khris not only did a fantastic job but kept both my wife and I in the loop. I was very impressed with the outcome especially when compared with what he had started with. A unqualified reccomendation

I chose Khris Kolk Decorating. I rate him 5 stars. He was always professional. He was on time and the job took the amount of time he predicted. There were no "surprises." His quality of work was very good and he informed me of what was going on in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to others.

Khris did an exterior painting on our home. He was very professional, and did everything as promised, for a fair price. He communicated with us on a daily basis, so we always knew when he would be working on our home. The house looks great!

Khris was very personable and accommodating. He was also competent and helpful in recommending colors, approaches and, to his credit, additional services that were attractive to us. He was very conscientious about communicating his schedule that was at the mercy of the weather. The quality of his work was excellent. I asked him for business cards that I could use for giving him referrals.

Khris and his crew is professional painter, they all came from the house painting family business. They did a very good job and reasonable price, they delivered what they have promised. I was glad that I had chosen them to work on this project and I rated them 5 stars overall.
